Tom is available for consultation services! The first consultations, via telephone, is without charge (free) and this is for a simple reason: It is to see IF Mr. Tom might be of meaningful assistance for your particular situation! Just call for more details: 518-280-0626.
He will then e-mail you his simple questionnaire, request labs—if available, and then, somewhere along the way, you go to the link to pay for your first consultation. Your first c onsult will be via Microsoft Teams, Zoom or some other video link. IF you prefer not to use a video link, no problem, the consultation can be done via telephone. It is just more professional to do the consultations—wben possible—via a video link.
This link, will be e-mailed to you before the scheduled appointment time. I do NOT charge for cancelled appointments or ‘no shows.’ We just reschedule when it’s mutually convenient. Also, Tom is assessable, so if you can’t wait for our next scheduled appointment to get a quixk question answered, just call me. I’m not difficult to work with.

The link in the shopping cart is for the first PAID consultation, and this occurs after I receive your health questionnaire back, and any labs—if available, in my e-mail box. That price is, as you can see, $280. These are easily 60-90 minutes or more. So have your questions (and organic coffee, if necessary), ready!
All subsequent consultations—also via Microsoft Teams or Zoom (or another video platform), are $60 and are typically 30-40 minutes, depending upon your situation. Don’t worry about taking notes…summaries are always e-mailed to help you stay on track AND to help me remain on-top of your situation AND your improvements! And oh yes, goal setting will be in the equation!
